Mr. Hu Jianhua was hired as Non-Executive Director of Sinochem Holdings in December 2024.

Mr. Hu is a Professorate Senior Engineer. He was President of Zhen Hua Engineering Co. Ltd., Managing Director of China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd., Chairman of Colombo International Container Terminal Co., Ltd., President of China Merchants Holdings (International) Co., Ltd., Associate Vice President, Vice President and President of China Merchants Group. He is now a Non-Executive Director of China Mineral Resources Group Ltd.
