Mr. Li was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Sinochem Holdings in May 2026.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Li served as Chief Financial Officer of China Grain Reserves Group, with concurrent responsibility as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.?He was also Deputy Director of the Finance Department at Sinopec Group,?Chief Financial Officer of Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation,?General Manager of the Finance and Assets Department, and General Manager of the Marketing Department at China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation.

Mr. Li graduated from?the?Central University of Finance and Economics with a degree in accounting. He?is a Senior Professorate Accountant.
